Leicester has boosted their chances of survival after beating Burnley who sit at the bottom of the table. Leicester is out of the bottom 3 after their 3rd win on the trot. Sunderland is now in the bottom 3 after drawing 1-1 with Stoke. Hull had a much needed win against Palace whilst QPR could only draw with West Ham.

Burnley sit bottom 5 points from safety, QPR are 1 point above them whilst Sunderland make up the bottom 3 1 point behind Leicester and Hull with Villa a further point above them. With 4 games to go it will be a fight to the end.

At the top Chelsea only need to win their next 2 games to clinch the title.

Manchester United could have gone 2nd if they had won today but they were easily beaten by Everton. Top 4 are Chelsea, Manchester City, Arsenal, and Manchester United.

Watford will be playing in the Premier League next year after results went their way yesterday. With 1 game left they cannot finish outside the top 2.

Wladimir Klitschko retained his world heavyweight titles for the 18th time in a row in his record equalling 27th heavyweight world title fight. He beat American Bryant Jennings on points. His mandatory challenger is Tyson Fury. This fight could happen sometime this year after Klitschko stated it should happen in Europe somewhere.

Badou Jack scored a shock win over WBC super-middleweight champion Anthony Dirrell on Friday night. This was Dirrell’s first loss. Britain’s George Groves is mandatory for the WBC belt and Jack has stated he would fight him next.
