Broulis Beat Report: My Cavs,Warriors Game 6 Thought’s

CANTON,Ohio- What we seen in game 6 of the NBA Finals from the Cavaliers and specifically LeBron James was simply amazing. And now, the Cleveland Cavaliers have earned the right to play a game 7 back in Oakland at Oracle Arena for the NBA championship this Sunday with an 8 pm tip-off.

I’ll admit I told multiple people after Cleveland lost game 4, the series was pretty much over. I just had no faith that they would be able to go into Oracle and win. The Warriors just take it to another level when they play at home.

Well, now the Cavs and Warriors both find themselves in the same position. Win and your’re champions of the NBA. Who can put forth their best game for 48 minutes? Because that’s what it’ll take.

I saw something in game 6 that I thought I’d never seen. Steph Curry being ejected. Some say he should be suspended for throwing his mouth piece. That includes basketball writers that have no rooting interest in this series. I would like to see it happen but I know it won’t.

So much for Draymond “If I play in game 5 we would have won” Green. Well he played and did a whole lot of nothing. Actually, after he fouled James at half court, I thought he was going to get hit with another technical and would have to miss game 7.

Something I’ve noticed from game 1 of the series, all the way to now. Early in the series, Cleveland was having a very hard time with the speed of Golden State from both the offensive and defensive side of the ball.

It’s pretty obvious now that the Cavaliers have adjusted and now it seems as though the Warriors are having a hard time trying to figure out how to keep Cleveland out of the paint.

When I seen the news of Golden State center Andrew Bogut out, some didn’t think it was a big deal. Not me. From a rim protection stand point, the Warriors don’t have that size and length anymore. This has enabled them to finish at the rim more often and allow for more dunks.

Finally, I wanted to share with all of you one of my biggest fears for game 7. I already know that the refs are going to be terrible for both teams……this is the NBA. I just hope they call a half decent fair game.
